Sales & Business Development Achieve and exceed territory sales targets across ECG devices and digital solutions Identify and develop new opportunities within NHS Trusts and private healthcare providers Manage or support the full sales cycle including tenders, negotiations, and contract awards Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned to customer needs Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Build relationships with clinicians, physiologists, procurement, IT and senior stakeholders Understand clinical workflows and digital transformation priorities Conduct meetings, presentations and account reviews Product Demonstration & Clinical Support Deliver product demonstrations and clinical training Support customer trials and evaluations Provide technical and clinical guidance to users Digital Solutions & Integration Promote ECG digital systems including data management and connectivity Support EPR/EMR integration discussions - Respond to IT and compliance queries during the sales process Account Management & After-Sales Support Ensure strong customer relationships and satisfaction Coordinate installation, training and service support Identify upsell and account growth opportunities Market Intelligence Monitor competitor activity and industry trends Provide insights to support commercial strategy Key Requirements Experience in healthcare, sales or customer-facing roles is desirable but not essential Strong drive to build a career in medical device sales Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Interest in cardiology or digital healthcare Commercial awareness and willingness to learn Full UK/ROI driving licence and willingness to travel Key Competencies Consultative, solution-based approach Strong learning agility and openness to coaching Clear communication and presentation skills Organisation and time management Professionalism and strong work ethic Development & Support Structured onboarding, product and clinical training, and ongoing mentorship will be provided. It is at the forefront of supplying and supporting diagnostic and measurement equipment in Ireland and the UK with specific focus on ICU, Coronary Care, Theatre and Maternity. The business comprises a number of Divisions with Therapeutics & Simulation Solutions supplying Hospitals, EMS, GPs, Universities and B2B with a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic equipment and supplies from ventilators, defibrillators, ECG machines, Training and Resuscitation equipment. The Hospital Division is mainly focused on Patient Monitoring, Resuscitation and Cardiology, Surgical Scopes, Clinical Information Systems and Fetal monitoring with the business concentrated in the acute areas of Hospitals i.e., intensive care, operating departments, coronary care units, emergency departments, cardiology investigations, resuscitation, neonatal intensive care, and labour wards.
