Guest Relation & Front Desk Administration Reception Management: Serve as the first point of contact,warmly welcoming visitors, managing the reception area, and issuing visitorpasses in compliance with security guidelines. Mail & Logistics: Oversee the efficient sorting and distribution of all incoming mail,packages, and courier deliveries. About you: Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in office administration or an HR support role;experience within a manufacturing environment is highly preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills to handle data tracking, reporting, and vendor payments. Proficient in Google / MS Office applications. Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
