We're looking for a WordPress Web Development Team Lead to own the development and delivery of all our organization's web properties. This is a hybrid role sitting at the intersection of technical project management, team leadership, and hands-on development - ideal for someone who loves both building things and getting things shipped on time, the right way. You'll lead a small team of developers, run the sprint cycle, interface with stakeholders across the org, and still get your hands dirty in code. You'll also be expected to work smart, leveraging AI-assisted development tools as a core part of your workflow, not an afterthought.
