Job Title: Deskside / VIP SupportEngineer (L2) Monthly Salary: $6,500 - $8,500 SGD Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Roles & Responsibilities Provide on-site, walk-up, and white-glove IT support for C-level executives, traders, and other VIP stakeholders Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues on desktops, laptops (Dell, HP, Apple), and peripherals (printers, docking stations, monitors) Provide software support for Microsoft 365 applications, corporate applications, and proprietary trading platforms Perform hands-on hardware fixes, including component replacement (RAM, SSD, keyboards, screens) Set up and configure workstations for new joiners and executive moves Maintain inventory of IT assets and manage loaner device pool for VIPs Escalate complex issues to L3 support with detailed documentation Support town halls and executive meetings with AV setup assistance Respond to VIP requests within defined SLAs with a high degree of professionalism Document solutions and update knowledge base for future reference Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Minimum 4 years of experience in deskside or VIP support roles in a corporate environment Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with senior stakeholders CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate preferred ITIL v4 Foundation certification is an advantage Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced trading floor environment Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills Singaporeans and PRs are encouraged to apply.
