WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON Primary focus This role is in charge of community management from content planning, publishing, & moderation, to reporting and plays a key role in the Gameloft Hanoi's exposure on social media in Vietnam & internationally. What it means on a daily basis Content planning & publishing - 40%: Defining the content plan for the Studio social media channels & networks, under the supervision of the SEA Studio Community Manager. Publishing content on the Studio social media channels: ensuring a steady flow of approved content on a weekly basis. Identifying content opportunities for the Studio, in collaboration with Studio stakeholders such as the PR & Communications team & Studio Management teams. Community Moderation, active engagement & reporting - 40%: Regularly moderate the Studio social media channels, using the social media management tools provided. Reporting on a monthly basis the community performance KPIs: content & channel performance. Developing engagement tactics to encourage the organic resonance of the Studio's social media content & community activities. Keeping the Studio social media channels as safe as possible: by utilizing the processes/tools/guidelines at hand. Building on community response bible, making sure that new topics are addressed & that canned responses are in line with the Studio & Global communications guidelines. Social Media strategy support - 20%: Supporting the Studio's social media & community strategy, through benchmarking & creative ideation, with the guidance of the SEA Studio Community Manager, & Studio PR & Communications team.
