Situated in Moscow, Tennessee, our 275,000 sq. ft. factory embodies our dedication to quality, flexibility, and reliability in all our operations. The Marketing Specialist role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including leading and executing all marketing efforts. This position is an integral part of the team, supporting initiatives that enhance brand presence and engage both customer and decision-maker bases, ultimately driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Support company branding efforts and develop product positioning aligned with customer demand
• Conduct voice-of-customer research to understand customer needs, competitive positioning, and unmet opportunities
• Perform industry and market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences
• Partner with the sales team to identify target customers and develop effective sales communications
• Plan, coordinate, and manage trade shows and events, including logistics, materials, and follow-up activities
• Create and curate content for social media platforms while monitoring engagement and analytics
• Support public relations efforts, including media kits, pitches, outreach, and coverage tracking
• Collaborate on additional marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, content creation, website updates, giveaways, company apparel, and marketing materials inventory

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Strategy, or a related field
• 3+ years of marketing experience within industrial or consumer products environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools used for content creation and advertising
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-starter who can manage priorities proactively and handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Creative thinker with the ability to contribute innovative ideas and solutions
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate with external vendors to meet deadlines
