Responsibilities
- Design, implement and support enterprise infrastructure across Windows Server, VMware, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Manage and administer core Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, DFS, File Services and SQL Server.
- Support virtualisation platforms including VMware vSphere, Horizon VDI and Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), Endpoint Manager, Conditional Access and Microsoft Defender.
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions using Rubrik.
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvements.
- Ensure infrastructure meets security standards, compliance requirements and best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and knowledge articles.
- Work closely with infrastructure, application, cybersecurity and business teams on projects and system enhancements.
- Participate in an on-call rotation supporting critical production environments.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in an enterprise infrastructure or systems engineering role.
- Strong hands-on experience with:Windows Server (2019/2022)Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group PolicyMicrosoft 365 AdministrationEntra ID (Azure AD)Exchange OnlineMicrosoft DefenderVMware vSphereAzure Virtual DesktopVMware Horizon VDI
