About the role

- Proven sales leadership and team motivation, with strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Adaptability to dynamic logistics challenges (e.g., rate and capacity fluctuations), with strong strategic thinking to convert market insights into actionable plans
- Strong analytical and critical thinking to drive data-driven decision-making
