- Deliver engaging, motivating, and safe classes in line with FLG policies and standards
- Create a fun, challenging, and inclusive environment that maximises class attendance

- Commit to ongoing development and education to stay at the top of your craft
- Represent the brand through professionalism, service, and presentation
- About You
- Passionate, energetic fitness professional with a strong desire to help others achieve their goals
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organised, and a strong team player
- Registered with AusActive (or equivalent), with current First Aid & CPR certification
- Cert 3 in Fitness or higher qualification, as set out in the AusActive guidelines
- Certified in relevant programs (e.g. Les Mills, Reform) or willing to obtain prior to teaching
- WWCC may be required depending on your state
