Manage a floor plate which includes, ordering and stocking office supplies & snacks, updating floor plans, submitting facilities and maintenance requests, staying up-to-date on all security protocols to help ensure the security and privacy standards within our floor plates. On board new hires with AOU equipment, access requests and desk allocation. Ability to support heavy team ordering of expensed test equipment and lab consumables. Processing credit card purchases (P-Card & M-Card) for the teams, keeping digital receipts and sending proof of purchase to respective admin for reconciliation.
Requirements
- Proficiency with iCal, Mail, Keynote and other Mac OS/iOS based office systems a plus.
- Exercise good judgment, integrity and discretion at all times, especially when exposed to highly sensitive material and confidential information.
- 3+ years administrative and calendaring experience supporting Sr. Director or above, preferably in a high tech environment
- Experience providing calendar management, prioritizing inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; making judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of professionalism.
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment, act as a trusted resource, and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group is critical.
- Detail-oriented and organized with experience coordinating travel logistics, managing bookings, and handling last-minute itinerary changes efficiently.
