Reporting to the Health and Safety Supervisor, the Coordinator, Safety & Loss Control is responsible for the administration and coordination of site safety programs. This position will be dedicated to being a resource for Line creek operating groups, focused on ensuring Health and Safety of employees and contractors. This role will operate on a 5x2 schedule rotation. This role requires a high level of integrity and an ability to know your audience, thus presentation, communication and interpersonal skills are vital. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite®
- Working knowledge of applicable HSRC regulations or similar
- Experience in practical and theoretical safety and loss control in mining or other heavy industrial environment is an asset
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License or equivalent
