Responsibilities
- Key responsibilities for Schedulers include:
- Lead day-to-day scheduling and operations for commercial teams, including activities such as loading/discharging, quality control, loss prevention and forecasting analysis

- Champion incident-free operations and continuous improvements
- After Hours Availability: Be available for on-call scheduling during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Support Commercial Groups: Assist in evaluating the economics and viability of business opportunities by presenting alternative valuation viewpoints and incorporating logistical, operational, and market intelligence.
- Continuous Improvement: Engage in process improvements, cross-training, and relief scheduling as needed.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety and performance standards and participate in incident investigations and reporting.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in marine logistics, preferably in energy, manufacturing, transportation, or supply chain environments.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively at various organizational levels and with external partners.
- Proficiency in data analysis and blending software; familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAP or Right-Angle is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in refined product commodities, crude, or gas trading operations is advantageous.
