- What Experience You Bring
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Bring 7+ years of progressive experience in systems engineering, infrastructure, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience supervising technical teams.
- Experience operating in hybrid on-premises and cloud environments across compute, network, storage, and platform domains.
- Bonus Experience
- Experience contributing to or implementing compliance frameworks such as SOC 2.
- Familiarity with ITSM or operational frameworks such as ITIL.
- Experience building or maturing change management, incident response, or DR processes.
