- Partner with project teams to proactively mitigate risks and optimize delivery outcomes.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Serve as a senior advisor to Project Managers, Construction Managers, and clients.
- Interface with multidisciplinary teams to validate schedule assumptions, sequencing, and phasing.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior schedulers and project controls staff.
- Present schedule updates, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Required Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or construction management.
- Extensive experience supporting large-scale construction projects ($1.5B+ in value).
- Strong background in construction scheduling, preferably with contractor-side experience.
- Proven experience leading complex CPM scheduling efforts on major capital programs.
- Technical Expertise
- Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling methodologies.
- Deep understanding of: Construction sequencing and phasing
- Critical path method (CPM) scheduling
- Schedule risk analysis and recovery planning
- Experience with: Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and claims support
- Cost/resource loading and forecasting (preferred)
- Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts (a plus)
- Experience supporting healthcare or hospital construction projects (strongly preferred).
- Previous experience working in a contractor environment.
- Certifications: Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) preferred
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) preferred

- Compensation Range:
- $130,962.60 - $149,671.54
