Responsibilities

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in commercial, finance, business operations or related roles, ideally within media, advertising or marketing services.
- Good understanding of media agency business models, client contracts and key revenue drivers.
- Experience supporting profitability reviews, financial planning, forecasting and commercial analysis.
- Experience working across regional or multi-market environments, with APAC exposure preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into practical insights and recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence working with finance, commercial and client leadership teams.
- Ability to support process standardisation, framework implementation and operational improvement initiatives.
- Experience supporting new business pitches, pricing analysis or commercial negotiations is advantageous.
- Some experience coaching, guiding or mentoring junior colleagues is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting and reporting tools, including Sheets , Excel and relevant finance or BI platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related field; MBA or equivalent is advantageous but not required.
