About the role

LSH Auto is looking for a motivated Retail Business Manager to lead our retail sales operations and contribute to the continued success of our automotive dealership in Whitefield. This role involves managing a high-performing sales team, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving sales growth and enhancing profitability while fostering a positive and professional retail environment. Working Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: Competitive salary with OTE up to £65,000 Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a retail sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Implement sales strategies and monitor market trends to capitalize on business opportunities. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure superior service delivery. Manage retail operations, including inventory and merchandising. Collaborate with other departments to maximize brand presence and customer engagement. Requirements: Proven experience in a Retail Business Manager or similar role within the automotive sector. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to analyze sales data and respond with proactive strategies. Customer-focused approach with a commitment to high service standards. Valid UK driving licence.
