• As a Data Center Operations Technician, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of fast-paced customer. You will play a crucial role in delivering highly available, resilient, and reliable IT services.
• Lead daily operations maintaining performance and managing continuity across four networks in multiple locations.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure the health, security, and environmental components critical to operations.
• Drive efficient management and scaling of systems and infrastructure.
• Utilize observability tools and domain expertise to provide reliable and resilient services.

• Bring your technology expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The IT Operations Manager must have:
• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
• Experience: 5+ years of related experience
• Technical skills: Strong technical background with knowledge of Data Center Infrastructure Management, network management, and hardware maintenance.
• Security clearance level: TS/SCI
• US citizenship required
• Role requirements: Security+ certification required, CDCMP, CCNP, and ITIL certifications preferred

• The likely salary range for this position is $136,000 - $184,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
