JOB SUMMARY Western Aircraft is seeking experienced and motivated A&P-certified Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and return-to-service procedures on a variety of aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer maintenance manuals, and company quality standards. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence. Work Schedule Option 1: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (40+ hours per week) Option 2: Friday-Sunday, three 12-hour shifts, paid as 40 hours Hiring Incentives Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance of up to $25,000, based on experience, certifications, and overall qualifications.
