For more information, visit WPP.com . Role Overview: We are looking for a Saudi Community Manager to manage and grow our brand's online presence across social platforms. This role will be responsible for engaging with audiences, moderating conversations, and ensuring a consistent and positive brand voice.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day community engagement across social media platforms
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-aligned manner
  • Monitor conversations and proactively engage with the community
  • Escalate sensitive issues and manage online reputation
  • Support content publishing and ensure alignment with brand tone of voice
  • Track and report on community insights, sentiment, and performance

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in community management or social media
  • Strong communication skills in [English/Arabic as needed]
  • Ability to handle high volumes of interaction and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
