- Passion for athlete development and a commitment to fostering a positive training culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate young athletes.
- Strong understanding of physical development concepts, Long Term Athletic Development (LTAD), injury prevention, and return to play progressions.
