About the role

Step into a high-impact leadership role as a Preschool Centre Principal / Manager, where you will take full ownership of centre performance (driving curriculum excellence, leading and developing high-performing teams) and ensuring outstanding standards in line with ECDA regulations within a safe & nurturing environment. Take charge of centre growth by driving enrolment numbers and spearheading strategic marketing initiatives, building strong parent engagement and positioning the centre competitively within Singapore's Early Childhood landscape. Main Duties& and Responsibilities Lead the overall strategic direction and performance of the preschool, driving curriculum excellence, operational efficiency and high standards in line with ECDA regulations Build, mentor and inspire a high-performing team of educators to deliver quality early childhood education and achieve strong developmental outcomes Drive centre growth through active enrolment strategies, marketing initiatives and strong parent engagement to position the centre competitively Oversee full spectrum of centre operations, including compliance, licensing, budgeting and resource optimisation to ensure smooth and sustainable operations Drive the continuous refinement and enhancement of policies, programmes, and best practices to elevate centre standards and support scalable growth and expansion initiatives JobRequirements ADECL / DECCE-L / DPL or equivalent Leadership certificates recognized by ECDA Next Step Prepare your updated resume and expected package.
