About the role

Salary: up to $8000 Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours Location: Taiseng Job Description: 1) Regional Sales & Marketing Support (Asia)  Support business development activities across Asian markets through close collaboration with appointed distributors  Participate in key regional business activities such as: o Distributor planning and pre-bid meetings o Exhibitions, workshops, seminars, and regional events  Support development and execution of distributor sales & marketing plans in line with regional strategy  Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), distributors, and internal stakeholders 2) Distributor Management & Performance Support  Monitor distributor activities, pipeline progress, and market coverage; provide guidance to improve sales execution  Support distributor capability building (product knowledge, positioning, value-based selling, opportunity management)  Support distributor evaluation, selection, onboarding, and performance reviews where required  Support resolution of business and coordination issues between distributors 3) Strategic Planning, Reporting & Internal Coordination  Support regional sales and marketing strategy planning in collaboration with APAC and global teams  Consolidate market feedback, competitive intelligence, and business insights to support management decision-making  Coordinate cross-functional activities (sales, marketing, training, finance, service) for Asia-related initiatives  Prepare structured reports, analyses, and presentations for internal management and headquarters  Plan work schedules and maintain weekly/monthly activity reporting 4) Product, Technical & Training Support (Non-Service)  Act as a business-oriented product expert for distributors (not a service engineer)  Support basic technical and application-related inquiries in collaboration with technical teams  Organize and support distributor and customer product training sessions  Actively participate in product training to maintain sufficient technical and clinical understanding Job Requirements: Min Degree in Business/Marketing or similar w min 5 yrs of relevant experience in medical devices, healthcare equipment, diagnostics, or B to B capital equipment Interested candidates, please submit your resume to: allylok@recruitexpress.com.sg Ally Audrey Lok Xin Woon Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Lifescience) Company EA Licence number : 99C4599 Personnel EA License: R21102307 allylok@recruitexpress.com.sg
