About the role

* Sell and promote Flender product, system, solutions, service to responsible customers * Flender IG business marketing and competition analysis, make 1~3 years business develop plan. * Develop an overview understanding of customer's aims and needs, and Increase market transparency, find and develop new Flender customers in resposnsible area * Concluding Flender customer list; comprehending customer potentials; initiate and drive action plans; development of focus customers and new customers ；budget fulfillment of Mechanical Drives order by Vbez;,etc * Fill in customer data into SF from all companies you visited, or you have information about incl. customer aims and demand, make efficient weekly working plan and monthly business reports to superior including proposals. * Analyze the activities and behaviors of competitors in the Industry Gear focused branch customers and market * To conduct presentation of Mechanical Drives product independently * Maintain and expand customer relationships in assigned branches, increase Flender products market share in assigned branches; thus to fulfill annual sales targe Your contact person(s) for this job posting is/are: Jia Liu （刘佳） Flender is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
