Come talk to us about joining the Centerstone team! JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION Jump start your career in the mental health field as a Psychosocial Educator. Work within a team environment to provide clinical psychoeducation to Centerstone eligible program participants. The responsibility of this adult case manager position is to provide a broad array of services to a case load of SPMI clients who meet eligibility criteria for adult day treatment program. This includes providing group and individual learning activities and support and complete appropriate documentation for all job requirements. SCHEDULE This position is scheduled to work Monday through Friday from 8 AM until 4:30 PM , providing a consistent weekday schedule with evenings and weekends off.
