The Photolithography department focuses on delivering solutions by developing 24x7x365 teams of elite, fab-oriented, excursion-free, safety and quality minded members. As part of the Photo Quality team, you will work together to support one another and our customers regardless of organizational boundaries. The Photo Quality Engineer will review quality signals and events, investigate to root cause and drive preventative action activities. Role and Responsibilities Here's What You'll Be Responsible For: Next generation technology node transfer including recipes, SOPs, BKMs, Atlassian website admin. Daily management, and reporting of photo departments non-production quality monitors. Follow standard operating procedures and disposition wafers: product and test wafers. Identify the critical failures that imply bigger problems, document and escalate to supporting teams and photo leadership. Perform routine process monitoring and report on the quality aspects of equipment changepoint monitoring (CPM). Investigate, troubleshoot and provide technical solutions to equipment related defects, quality and yield problems. Document quality performance data of product and test wafers monitors including department wafer loss. Escalate quality deviations and anomalies to supporting teams and photo leadership. Prioritize your work in alignment with the photo departments level priorities, and understand your part in achieving company goals. Assist other team members and areas, when possible, to help meet production goals. Work hours: B&D Shifts (Night), 12 hours/day.
