Responsibilities

- Coordinate outreach efforts (webinars, workshops, and employer engagement activities) to increase awareness and adoption of ARCC programmes
- Support project management and administration for ARCC initiatives.
- Assist with reporting, stakeholder coordination, scheduling, and other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- Preferably 1-3 years of relevant working experience. candidate with no experience may be considered.
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical guidance.
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
