For candidates located in New Jersey, the salary range is $21.55 to $31.48. Actual pay will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location. This position is eligible to earn uncapped monthly bonuses, with average bonus pay of $1,132.00 - $2,233.00 per month An in-house virtual training program - The Insurance Learning Academy The ideal candidate will have: An active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license Schedule Requirements: Sundays, 9:00am-4:00pm, and Monday through Thursday, 9:30am-6:00pm OR Saturdays, 10:00am-6:00pm, and Tuesday through Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm, 2+ years of sales experience in Personal Lines Insurance (home & auto) Experience selling in multiple states OR selling multiple carriers preferred Proficiency in navigating a variety of software (such as CRM, carrier platforms, agency management system, and MS Office). The primary duties of the Insurance Sales Agent are to: Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
