Plant System Owner Prin

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, analyze and correct problems with assigned plant system.
• Implement and assist with process improvement projects and/or related programs.
• Coordinate activities of employees in maintenance, energy production, lab, coal handling, or outside contractors as required.
• Consult with or actively seek advice from Region Plant Engineering.

Requirements

• Education:
• Engineering Bachelor's degree from ABET accredited school with equivalent experience; or other Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience; or Associate's degree with equivalent experience; or high school diploma or GED with equivalent experience. See below for experience requirement.
• Physical demand level is light.
• The System Owner Prin is intended for engineering candidates or others as a developmental position for plant leadership roles. The highest level for all other candidates is Plant System Owner Sr (SG 7).
• Salary: $98,993-$128,688 annually
