Responsibilities

- Provide training and ongoing support to team and enhance colleagues technical understanding of workplace pensions, ensuring knowledge is effectively applied in their roles
- Key Knowledge and Skills
- Proven experience within the life and pensions industry, particularly with trust-based and contract-based pension schemes
- Strong ability to interpret scheme rules, legislation, and regulation, and apply this knowledge to business analysis and decision-making
- Demonstrated experience producing technical and product documentation, tools, and support materials
- Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including third-party providers
- Sound understanding of life and pensions products, industry landscape, competitors, and regulatory environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly to non-technical audiences
