Job Snapshot We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong GTM Commissions Sr Analyst to own the design, calculation, governance, and optimization of GTM compensation programs. This role sits within Revenue Operations and partners closely with Sales, Finance, HR, and GTM leadership to ensure accurate, scalable, and trusted commission processes. Requirements

• Salesforce, SQL, or BI tool certifications.
• Exposure to Revenue Intelligence platforms (Salesforce).
• Background in business analysis or process automation in a SaaS context.
• Experience supporting cross-functional GTM initiatives.
