Preschool Principal [GC]

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead initiatives to foster the professional growth of educators.
• Guide the implementation of an inquiry-based, holistic curriculum that supports both cognitive and emotional development.
• Ensure that the Center's curriculum and programs align with the organization's mission, vision, and core values.
• Strengthen and maintain the school's reputation for excellence within the community and among parents.
• Oversee daily operations and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• A Degree in Early Childhood Education, along with a Diploma in Pre-School Education - Leadership/Training (DPE-L/T) or equivalent, accredited by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Preschool Centers.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in managing a centre with multiple bays and/or with a capacity of at least 120 children has an added advantage
• Experience in leading and managing the team in SPARK Accreditation process.
