Job Function: Medical Affairs Group Job Sub Function: Professional Medical Education Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Wuhan, Hubei, China Job Description: 助理专业教育经理 工作职责： 负责下沉市场术者术者培养工作，包括手术带教，应用数字化工具教学，和培训基地建立合作 提供对销售的专业培训，以确保课程的执行 利用专业的电生理知识和技能，为术者提供手术支持，确保手术安全顺利进行； 熟悉客户手术习惯，与术者高效沟通，不断精进专业技能，在区域独立完成从简单到复杂的心律失常手术支持 紧跟行业和公司发展趋势，主动学习和掌握行业内新理念、新技术，新产品的优势和使用，能够制定针对性、可拆解的推广沟通方案 熟练使用新产品、数字化等新工具以及新技术，协助专业教育团队提升术者理念，技能和信心 有效传递新产品、新技术的价值，不断提升客户对于新技术的接受度，以安全高效的方式开展手术，服务病患 承担区域内人员的专业赋能培训工作，负责新产品新技术相关的专业赋能。搭建学习和赋能体系，帮助区域内成员专业水平不断进阶。 严格遵守公司的合规政策，完成上级交予的其他任务 接受一定程度出差 岗位要求： 要求四星及以上，热爱专业技术，有较好的医生沟通能力 电生理行业背景2年以上专业相关工作经验，热爱专业技术，有较好的医生沟通能力 具有自驱力，不断精进专业水平，积极学习业内不断发布涌现的新产品、新技术知识，并进行应用； 乐于沟通协作，与团队共同进步，共同承担团队目标，互相协助 有坚韧不拔的精神，遇到困难不轻易放弃 有创新思维，积极探索方案并解决问题 Required Skills: Preferred Skills: Brand Marketing, Business Savvy, Channel Partner Enablement, Coaching, Communication, Learning Materials Development, Medical Affairs, Medical Communications, Mobile Learning, Organizing, Partner Onboarding, Problem Solving, Program Management, Sales Presentations, Technical Credibility, Training Delivery Methods, Training People
