Responsibilities
- Sales Capability Development
- Support the execution of the annual Sales Capability Roadmap aligned with business objectives and commercial priorities.
- Assist in identifying capability gaps through performance analysis, field observations, and stakeholder feedback.
- Support the rollout and continuous improvement of Sales Academy programs and internal capability-building initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of learning content, training materials, and capability frameworks.
- Training Delivery & Field Coaching
- Facilitate selected training modules, workshops, and capability development initiatives.
- Translate commercial strategies into practical tools and learning materials for field teams.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess execution quality and reinforce learning adoption.
- Support coaching and development frameworks to strengthen frontline sales effectiveness.
- Maintain and update learning resources, playbooks, and training documentation.
- Performance Analytics & Effectiveness Tracking
- Monitor capability KPIs and scorecards to evaluate learning effectiveness and business impact.
- Analyse sales performance and execution data to identify trends, development opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and management updates on capability initiatives.
- Develop case studies and practical learning examples to improve knowledge retention and field application.
- Program Management & Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate capability-building programs, workshops, and training initiatives across the organisation.
- Partner closely with Sales, Human Resources, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of programs.
- Support process documentation, standard operating procedures, and capability frameworks.
- Manage external vendors and training partners where required.
- Budget & Administrative Support
- Support tracking and management of the Sales Capability budget.
- Monitor expenditures against approved plans and provide periodic updates.
- Coordinate administrative activities related to capability development and learning programs.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience within FMCG Sales, Trade Marketing, Learning & Development, Commercial Excellence, or Training functions.
- Exposure to sales capability, field sales operations, training coordination, or sales effectiveness programs will be advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
- Good facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 Driving Licence is required due to regular field visits and market engagement activities.
