Job Title Premier Deposit Consultant Job Purpose: The Advisory Service team is a specialized group of Subject Matter Experts supporting various product lines across Fiserv. The role of Premier Deposit Core Consultant is pivotal in enhancing the performance, learning, and interactions between the Advisory Service team and our esteemed clients, partners, and consumers. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your expertise in strategic planning and client engagement to drive success, ensure quality service delivery, and enhance client satisfaction. This role is primarily project-focused and is responsible for leading and executing Tran Code Review projects, Deposit Specification Reviews, Exception Item Management (EIM) Reviews, Branch Specification Plan Consolidations, and comprehensive Deposit Operational Reviews. The consultant partners closely with client leadership and operations teams to assess current-state processes, identify gaps and risks, and provide practical, actionable recommendations aligned with best practices and business objectives. Essential Job Responsibilities: Act in partnership with clients to identify their objectives and deliver tailored suggestions and solutions that align with their needs. Lead and execute client-facing consulting engagements, including: Tran Code Reviews Deposit Specification Reviews. Exception Item Management (EIM) Reviews Branch Specification Plan Consolidations End-to-end Deposit Operational Reviews Review processes and workflows to ensure that deposit products meet client expectations and industry standards. Document all activities, challenges, and resolutions in a client-facing operational format, providing follow-up support and building strong client relationships. Communicate customer suggestions for product enhancements and ensure proper handling and follow-up by relevant teams. Simulate or recreate customer issues to effectively resolve user operating difficulties. Collaborate with other department personnel to discuss problems or inquiries, offer technical assistance and ensure proper resolution handling. Work closely with Account Managers and Client Partners to monitor service delivery and product performance. Participate in ongoing training to achieve the level of technical expertise required to address complex challenges effectively. Engage actively in team efforts to develop training materials, client presentation methods, and internal Advisory Services administrative processes. Perform other duties as required to contribute to the overall success of the client advisory team. Required Qualifications: Education: Preferred bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or equivalent work experience. Job-Related Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Fiserv Premier Core and Premier applications. Deep functional expertise in deposit products and operations, including: Demand Deposit Accounts (DDA) Savings and Money Market accounts Certificates of Deposit (CDs) Safe Deposit Boxes Exception Item Processing and EIM workflows Retirement Reporting Module Customer Information File (CIF) Transaction Management System (TMS) Demonstrated experience conducting deposit-focused reviews, assessments, or consulting engagements. Strong background in deposit operations analysis, including fee income, profitability assessment, and product performance evaluation. Experience working with financial institution operations, back-office processing, and branch-level procedures. Proven ability to assess complex configurations and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel domestically 20%-25% as needed for client engagements Sponsorship: You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
