About the role

Responsibilities
- Works closely with Talent Acquisition, People teams, and hiring managers to attract, source, and hire stellar candidates.
- Meets with and works closely with the hiring managers to get insight on their recruiting needs and obtain feedback on candidates.
- Provides an organized, comprehensive, and overall incredible candidate interviewing experience.
- Uses LinkedIn and other tools to proactively engage passive and active candidates.
- Sources, screens, and coordinates interviews between the candidate and hiring team.
- Helps track recruiting funnel metrics.
- Completes and submits candidate interviews via Greenhouse and reminds hiring team to complete notes as well in a timely manner.
- Attends recruiting events to meet and engage candidates.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience successfully recruiting, agency experience preferred.
- Proficiency in using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and any modern ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, TalentHub, etc.).
- Self-starter who independently owns their own success metrics.
- Exceptional communication skills and an ability to provide clear and concise insights to the hiring team.
- Responsive, action-oriented, and innovative problem solver.
- Strong and efficient teamwork and cross-department collaboration.
- Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills and an ability to demonstrate and handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Exceptional attitude that takes a problem-solving approach to tasks or projects.
- Fantastic interpersonal and soft skills.
- High level of discretion and ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
