- Excellent probing abilities, to identify true need from customer
- Resourcefulness and ability to find answers quickly

Role Summary: The HR Generalist will help build a people-first culture that delivers business results. Providing expert HR consultation to both management and employees, as well as day-to-day HR support, within a Flowserve business unit. Hybrid role: 3 days in office/2 days work from home
