Roles & Responsibilities Job Description & Requirements We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QS to join our growing team! Job Responsibilities: 1. Prepare quantity take-off, cost estimates and tender pricing. 2. Source, evaluate and negotiate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers. 3. Prepare tender submissions, commercial proposals and value engineering options. 4. Administer contracts, subcontract agreements and commercial correspondences. 5. Monitor project budget, cost control, cash flow and cost forecasting. 6. Prepare, evaluate and certify subcon progress claims. 7. Prepare, evaluate for Main claim submission. 8. Measure and evaluate variation works, claims and additional costs. 9. Prepare monthly cost reports, accruals and financial summaries. 10. Cost control for material ordering ie. Concrete and Rebar. 11. Manage subcontractor commercial matters including procurement and final accounts. 12. Coordinate with project team, consultants and clients on all commercial and contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle.
