About the role

To maintain close liaison with the Chief Engineer/Chief Officer on the day-to-day work requirement of the Engine/Deck Department. To keep careful account of all electrical spare gear and consumable stores, ensuring that their distribution, stowage, labelling, accounting, and security are efficiently managed. To ensure that stock levels are maintained at all times.
