Contract Life Cycle management: --Daily trade confirmation monitoring & reconciliation (completeness/coherence check) --Daily contract document reception / issuing monitoring & signature follow-up --Closing of fully executed trades and follow up of accrual ageing Invoicing & Cash management: --Daily invoice booking (Goods, Transport, Logistic Services, Claims, Broker commission) --Daily payment issuing (ensure timely payment processing, match cash paid to invoices, monitor unmatched payments) --Counterparty balance monitoring to mitigate double payment risk Stock data management: --Reconciliation of 3rd asset's stock reports and Front office data --Stock insurance declaration (declaration of stocks, payment of premium) Master data management: --Collect mandatory documents related to Secondary cost counterparty and bank account creations / updates --Request Counterparty / Bank account creation / update in the global master data tool and follow up on creation Problem solving: --Ability to extract, organize, analyze and report data in a manner that is useful and relevant to control business --Ability to understand and act following process and procedures in an accurate and timely matter --Ability to work with strict daily deadlines --Ability to strive for continuous improvement Education: --Accounting degree or equivalent
