About the role

The Marketing & Communications Executive will play a pivotal role in driving and executing marketing campaigns, events, PR activities, digital communications, and comprehensive reporting across the Asia Pacific region for Grand Seiko. Working closely and reporting to the Marketing department, the Executive will manage day-to-day marketing operations, ensure rigorous campaign tracking, coordinate & support event logistics, and oversee the administrative frameworks required for regional marketing success. Responsibilities

  • Marketing Communications & Operations
  • Coordinate and support the execution of regional marketing campaigns across Asia Pacific markets.
  • Maintain the regional marketing calendar, ensuring timely updates and alignment with campaign timelines.
  • Support the development and distribution of marketing materials, digital assets, and campaign deliverables among internal stakeholders, agencies, and retail partners.
  • Assist in the preparation of campaign presentations, briefing documents, and internal reports.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Support the consolidation and preparation of monthly marketing and communications reports.
  • Maintain records of campaign performance, media coverage, and digital metrics.
  • Assist in post-campaign analysis by compiling performance data and preparing summary reports.
  • Monitor key campaign and digital performance indicators for ongoing tracking and reporting.
  • Administrative Management
  • Support the tracking of regional marketing budgets, including purchase orders, vendor invoices, and expenditure records.
  • Assist with internal approvals, documentation, and administrative processes related to marketing initiatives.
  • Support the preparation of management reports, presentations, and departmental documentation.
  • Public Relations & Media
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare regular press coverage reports.
  • Maintain and update regional media and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) databases.
  • Coordinate product loans, media requests, content collaborations, and press briefings.
  • Assist in the preparation of briefing documents and media materials for events, launches, and interviews.
  • Events & Retail Activations
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing events, boutique activations, and product launches.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including RSVP management, guest communications, vendor coordination, and event materials.
  • Provide on-site support during events and assist with post-event reporting.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of invitations, event assets, and marketing collateral.
  • Social Media & Digital Channels Management
  • Manage the coordination and publishing of digital content across Grand Seiko's social media platforms and website.
  • Track and analyze digital campaign performance, including social media engagement and digital advertising metrics.
  • Assist in maintaining content calendars and digital asset libraries.
  • Support CRM initiatives, specifically focusing on GS9 Club engagement activities and customer database management to foster brand loyalty.
  • Prepare detailed digital campaign reports and analytics summaries to inform ongoing digital strategy.
  • The candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, preferably within the luxury, lifestyle, or premium FMCG sector.
  • Exceptional organisational and project coordination skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling brand narratives and clear briefing documents.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and analytical abilities.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with digital marketing/reporting tools.
  • Proactive, responsible, and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership over projects.
  • A collaborative team player who can work independently while effectively managing relationships with diverse regional stakeholders.
