Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer/Assistant Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in North area. Benefits Summary: upto $5,500 + AWS + VB + Monthly Mobile Allowance + Yearly Flex benefit + Mileage claimable Job Responsibilities: Develop and grow business opportunities by promoting EV charging and sustainable energy solutions to new and existing customers. Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support business strategies. Develop sales plans and identify new market opportunities to achieve business growth and sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding business needs and providing suitable technical and commercial solutions. Prepare and present customised proposals, quotations, and solution presentations to support customer requirements. Prepare tender submissions, sales documentation, and contract-related materials while supporting commercial negotiations when required. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and successful delivery after order confirmation. Monitor project progress, manage customer enquiries, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience. Support marketing and business development initiatives, including customer visits, product presentations, and promotional activities. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance sales efficiency, customer service, and overall business performance. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
