Job Overview Wargaming is looking for a LiveOps Monetization Manager to join the World of Warships team in our Belgrade office. You will become part of the Live Operations Monetization Team. The team responsible for driving revenue performance, shaping in-game monetization activities, and keeping millions of players engaged through live service operations. This role is perfect for someone who combines a strong business mindset with analytical thinking and a genuine passion for games. You'll work at the intersection of monetization, player experience, analytics, and live operations, directly influencing the performance of one of the most successful live-service PC games in the industry. Reports to Deputy Head of LiveOps What will you do? Drive revenue KPIs through in-game events, offers, promotions, and monetization initiatives Plan and operate live activities that improve player engagement and retention Collaborate closely with Game Design, Product, Analytics, Publishing, and Development teams Analyze player behavior, monetization funnels, and feature performance to identify growth opportunities Develop and test monetization hypotheses and evaluate experiment results Participate in planning and execution of major in-game events and releases Support publishing and regional initiatives from the monetization perspective Contribute to the long-term monetization strategy of World of Warships What are we looking for? Strong understanding of F2P game monetization principles Analytical mindset with the ability to work confidently with data Solid Excel / Google Sheets skills Understanding of core product and business metrics Basic knowledge of unit economics and KPI-driven product management Strong communication and collaboration skills Business-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving Intermediate English or higher Readiness for full-time office work in Belgrade What additional skills will help you stand out? Experience in LiveOps, Product Management, Monetization, or Game Economy Experience in the gaming industry Experience working with A/B tests and data analysis Russian language skills Passion for games, especially online or live-service titles Work mode Hybrid (2 days of work from the office) This role isn't eligible for relocation & immigration support.
