  • Partner closely with global service owners, product teams, and OU stakeholders to support reliable and scalable delivery from the GCC.

  • Contribute to the evolution of the D&T operating model, including the role of the India GCC as a strategic delivery and leadership hub.

Role Summary The Head of D&T Service Centre - India is accountable for the leadership, performance, and governance of Haleon's Digital & Technology (D&T) Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bangalore. The role provides senior site leadership for all D&T colleagues based in India, while also holding first‑line accountability for compliance oversight, including software development compliance across relevant D&T services.
