Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 10-15+ years of leadership experience with P&L ownership and proven revenue growth delivery.
- Demonstrated success in pricing strategy, margin expansion, and channel management.
- Experience scaling global or multi-regional commercial operations, including distributor networks.
- Strong financial and business acumen, with a data-driven and results-oriented approach.
