Requirements

Novatek Gas and Power Asia Pte. Ltd. open a position of KYC / Credit Analyst to join our Finance department in Singapore. Background: JSC Novatek is the largest private owned gas company in Russia. Today, it is the major shareholder of Yamal LNG project. Novatek Gas and Power Asia Pte. Ltd. is the LNG trading company for JSC Novatek's and has been operational in Singapore since 2014. Main Responsibilities: End to End Onboarding Process: To obtain relevant information To verify and check documents provided by counterparty To run checks through compliance systems To compile internal KYC form To coordinate with Legal/Commercial teams to respond to external KYC request, and with Accounting team to set up new counterparties in internal system. Corporate Credit Analysis: To perform credit analysis through analysing financial statements, external credit ratings, trading track record and peer comparison to form the foundation for credit support proposal. Communication: To communicate with Commercial teams about the proposed credit support and help negotiate with client through commercial team or directly (if invited by commercial team). System/Process Improvement: To collaborate with Credit Manager to review the existing KYC and credit process To assist in improving the process by contributing ideas/suggestions in terms of system design and technical solutions
