Fraud Agent

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth account and receipt reviews
• Ongoing fraud performance audits
• Review of internal process/program data reported by internal teams (Engineering, Analytics, Client, Marketing, etc.)
• Identify and escalate fraud trends
• Assist in special projects as assigned by the Fraud Operations Leadership team
• Advise on Fraud mitigation techniques

Requirements

• 1+ years of previous experience with fraud investigation (mobile and e-commerce preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics driven environment with a high attention to detail
• The ability to communicate effectively across cross functional teams and with different levels of management
• Beginner to Intermediate Excel and Google Sheets skills

• Additional Details:
• This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks, and occasional meals.
• Base compensation range: $21 - $24/h. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
