Solution/Product Specialist - Data Platform & Cloud (Azure/Databricks)

About the role

Contribute to the evolution of the Data Platform by supporting product roadmap definition and translating business and technical needs into clear requirements; Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Cloud SRE, Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, and business domains) to ensure alignment and effective delivery; Oversee platform operations, including access management, governance processes, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives; Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving platform adoption through communication, training, and enablement; Support delivery activities such as platform migrations, backlog management, sprint planning, and architecture reviews; Enhance developer and user experience by improving tools, documentation, templates, and internal onboarding materials. Strong understanding of cloud data architecture and data engineering concepts, ideally within Azure environments; Hands-on experience with tools and technologies such as Databricks, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure platforms; Experience working in IT service management environments, including incident and problem management processes; Ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams, including both technical and business stakeholders; Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences; Problem-solving mindset with a focus on reliability, optimization, and continuous improvement; Familiarity with Python, SQL, and modern data or AI-related tools is considered an asset. Availability to work in a hybrid model (4x1) in São Paulo, SP; CVs must be submitted in English , as the role involves interaction with global managers and stakeholders.
