Introducing the Elice AI Education Strategy Team The AI Education Strategy Team drives the global expansion of Elice LXP, our AI-powered learning platform, serving as both Tech Sales and Tech PM in the B2B space. We've established presence in Singapore, Thailand, and Bhutan, and built solid references by winning public sector contracts with organizations including Singapore's Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Education, Brunei, and Indonesia.This team goes beyond reselling-we analyze markets firsthand, identify and manage local partners, and localize products to meet regional requirements. We navigate each country's procurement systems, budget structures, and education policies to execute phased strategies from proposal development through PoC, pilot operations, and final contracts.Building on our Singapore success, we're expanding globally around key themes: AI Talent Development, AX (AI Transformation) Adoption, and Sovereign AI. Our proven Singapore model isn't just a success story-it's evolving into a replicable business framework and operational playbook applicable to other countries and domestic markets.Joining this team means designing and validating global B2B SaaS business models through the lens of Tech Sales and Tech PM. You'll negotiate with stakeholders across countries, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and generate market insights that shape product roadmaps. You'll design and develop curricula and educational content for AI Agents at the cutting-edge intersection of education and technology. You'll directly build AI-based learning experiences that lead the future of programming education and take on the key role of ensuring content quality for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems. Through close collaboration with pilot institutions, you'll identify real educational field needs and lead the entire process of implementing them into AI content. This is an excellent career growth opportunity to lead changes in the global EdTech market in a challenging and experimental environment where educational expertise merges with cutting-edge AI technology to create innovative learning solutions. 🔍 Key Responsibilities Overall Project Management Manage entire EdTech AI Agent development project schedules and achieve milestonesCoordinate work distribution and schedules among AI Developers, Full-Stack Developers, and Instructional DesignersManage weekly project status reports and monthly budget execution status Global Communication Bridge Coordinate smooth communication between Korea headquarters (Elice) and Singapore local teamRegular reporting to grant officers and requirements managementWeekly tracking of team productivity metrics and sprint completion rate management Singapore Market Expansion Establish and execute Singapore market expansion strategies (lead business development)Update quarterly business development pipeline and discover new leadsDiscover client companies and secure contracts utilizing local business networks ✅ Requirements Must reside in Singapore Development experience or Computer Science degree Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Singapore local business network and market understanding Project management experience Experience in collaboration and coordination with multinational teams Ability to enhance work efficiency and optimize performance using AI tools ⭐ Preferred Qualifications Experience managing EdTech or AI projects PMP, Agile/Scrum Master certifications Business experience with Singapore local companies or government agencies Grant project or government project management experience Business development experience at startups or global companies
