Responsibilities
- Supervise daily material handling, warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations.
- Ensure timely delivery of raw materials, hardware, tooling, and aircraft components to production lines.

- Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Aviation Management, or related field preferred.
- 3-7 years of experience in materials management, warehouse operations, or supply chain within aerospace or manufacturing environments.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Knowledge of aerospace materials traceability and documentation requirements.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Epicor.
- Strong understanding of inventory control and logistics processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environments and meet production deadlines.
Requirements
- Experience in aviation or aerospace manufacturing.
- Knowledge of FAA regulations and AS9100 standards.
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials shipping knowledge are a plus.
