Requirements

  • You'll bring:
  • Strong FP&A or finance business partnering experience in a complex environment
  • The ability to turn data into clear, commercially relevant insight
  • Confidence to engage, influence, and challenge constructively
  • A proactive mindset - you improve things, not just maintain them
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience working with budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting
  • It's a bonus if you've worked with tools like Anaplan or Workday, but it's not essential.
